3. Service Agreement

3.1. Scope of Work

The Service Provider will perform the tasks as detailed in the agreement. Any additional services requested by the Client may incur extra charges.

3.2. Timelines

We strive to complete all services within the agreed timeframe. However, factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule. We will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered is due as per the following terms:

  • Billing will occur either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, based on the agreement.
  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon methods.
  • Invoices will be issued with detailed breakdowns of services provided.

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel services with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

6. Liability and Insurance

The Service Provider maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential damages or injuries that may occur during service provision. However, the Client is responsible for ensuring that access to their property is safe and that any existing issues are communicated prior to service.

6.1. Damage to Property

While every effort is made to prevent damage to property, the Service Provider is not liable for incidental damages arising from normal service operations. Any significant damage must be reported within 24 hours for consideration.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services provided. If the Client is not satisfied with the work, they must notify the Service Provider within 7 days for remediation. This guarantee does not cover issues unrelated to the services rendered.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Battersea.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Service Provider and the Client, superseding all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.

By engaging our gardening services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
